Thank you for shopping with Aristocrat Designs! We want to make sure you have a wonderful experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing & Production All of our products are custom-printed on demand just for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for printing and production before your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days (if available)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at wacoogle@live.com and we will make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Aristocrat Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
